The Vault is based out of Chesterfield, Michigan. The great thing is we are mobile and travel all around the Michigan area! Our first 30 miles are free of charge! For anything greater than 30 miles from 48047, we will charge $2 per mile per vehicle needed to complete the job. Anything exceeding a 3-hour drive, will require an additional charge for lodging accommodations.
A part of our service that makes us stand out, is we love to create delicious and presentable craft cocktails. We do not have a pre-set list of cocktails; these are tailored through detailed planning with our clients.
If you choose to have signature drinks, we will come up with some delicious cocktails that are tailored to you and your guests flavor profile!
We serve any type of event or gathering that needs delicious drinks as well as top-notch service!
Yes! We can set up our bartending service at any bar station! If you don’t like the bar they are providing, we also have mini bar options for rent that we can bring into the location if the accommodations can fit it!
As soon as possible! We operate on a first come, first serve basis. Fill out our website inquiry form and we will get back to you as soon as possible with our availability for that date and to give a quote. We require a 50% deposit to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks (14 days) before the day of the event.
We have a 4-hour minimum on all service!
Due to licensing restrictions by the State of Michigan, The Vault does not provide, sell or accept payment for alcohol. We are a dry bar hire meaning the alcohol must be supplied by the event host, coordinator or third party. Our TIPS certified bartenders are trained to make sure that everyone is safe, responsible and having a great time while enjoying our delicious drinks!
Our services include a consultation and prepared shopping list for quantity and product suggestions. From experience we feel the flexibility of purchasing your own alcohol reduces our client’s overall alcohol cost. It also gives you the flexibility to choose what products you want to have served, selecting brands within your budget, this allows us to get totally creative with your cocktails. We want to make the day as enjoying and stress free as possible. We offer packages that everything you'll need (minus the alcohol)! 🙂
For best serving practices of quick and efficient service, we ask our clients to supply 750mL bottles or 1 Liter bottles, especially for larger parties. However, we will not refrain from serving 1.75L as we understand they can be more budget friendly.
We do not carry glassware in our inventory. You can rent this through a third party rental company. We do offer plasticware in our drink/mixer packages!
Each event is unique, which means each package price is tailored to the event. Our events vary in price depending on client's needs, how many hours, guests, day of the week, and number of bartenders needed.
A 20% gratuity will automatically be added to events of 50 people or less. As stated in The Vault contract, clients have the option to opt out of a tip jar for their guests. If a tip jar is opted out for events over 50 people, a 20% gratuity will be added to final invoice. This must be discussed and agreed upon before the event date.
Our refund policy: We will refund 70% of deposits as long as your event is canceled 30 days prior to your event. If you cancel closer to your event date, no refund will be issued due to high demand and availability.
Let’s be honest, Michigan's weather is unpredictable! Due to our advanced booking, we cannot predict rain or bad weather dates. In the event rain or bad weather is projected for your outdoor event, we are happy to work with your tent vendor to find the appropriate size tent for our bar services.
If you are renting The Vault Mini Bar and choose to use our neon sign, we will need an electrical outlet to plug into. We carry a 20 foot extension for the sign as well!
Yes we are! We hold both general and liquor liability insurance. We're ready to get this party started!
A good amount of variables goes into your alcohol cost, including things such as brands, styles, sizes, amount of options. During our planning process we will gather insight from you on what options you wish to have and from there we will build a customized shopping list for you, and best places to purchase!
Due to Michigan law, we are unable to purchase or provide alcohol for any event. We recommend either ordering on the higher side of our recommendations or putting someone at the party in charge to touch base with us to see if were running low on anything just in case a store run needs to be done. Any extra alcohol will be left with the host!
Yes! You are welcome to add decoration or décor to fit your events vision! We love a beautifully decorated bar!
Absolutely! We can use our mini bar for any idea you choose. We specialize in our mocktails just as much as we do cocktails!
